First Coast Highlanders Pipes and Drum Members wishes all our supporters a marvelous and memorable Thanksgiving. Enjoy the time with Family and Friends.



Pipe and Drum practice continues every Thursday.  If you are a student, please arrive at 5:00pm with your chanter.  If you are a provisional band member, practice will commence at 5:00pm as well with your bagpipes at the ready.  These sessions continue until 6:00pm.                                             Full band practice will commence at 6:15 and wrap up by 7:30pm.

FYI: Be mindful of the holiday seasons and we may not have practice during that holiday week.  Please give a band member a call and get the latest practice schedule.



Our trip to Scotland has been completed.  We are back home safe and sound.   Exhausted  after 10 days of exciting tours and performances.  Thanks to all those who supported the band in this long anticipated trip.

First Coast Highlanders had a great day at the NE Florida Scottish Games and Festival.  Saturday, February 26, 2022.  Lots of Scottish Music and good food, can't forget all of the friends that came up gave us a hug.    A Big Thank You to all of our wonderful pipers and drummers providing great music all day.   Thanks to those who maned the FCH table selling our merchandise.   Congratulations to the two winners of our Baskets of Cheer.  Thanks to all who participated.

First Coast Highlanders - continues to look for bagpipers and drummers to enjoy our fun. If you would like to learn how to play the bagpipes and/or drums please contact a band member.  If you have bagpipe or drum experience we would love to have you as a part of First Coast Highlanders..

We continue our practice in the Social Hall of Orange Park Presbyterian Church.  Practice is conducted every Thursday evening. Beginner students start at 5:00 pm.

NE Florida Scottish Games and Festival  ~ Feb. 27, 2021

Green Cove Springs, FL - We are honored to again be the Host Bagpipe and Drum Band for this long running event. Come enjoy all of the Scottish activities and great music  throughout the day.  Take part in your Scottish heritage at the Clay County Fairgrounds just outside Green Cove Spring, FL. on Route 16.

2021 marks the 26th Anniversary of the Games. Thanks to everyone for putting this event on your calendars and showing your pride in Scottish heritage and hospitality. Check-in with the First Coast Highlanders as we play throughout the day, shake our hands and say Hello February 27, 2021.  We'll be there all day.
